Women in the War
Women were not allowed to fight in the war. The women didn't like that so they joined the war disguised as men. Some when found, were fined and put in jail. While others had done something to earn them a reward. The American Revolution brought fourth the idea that a women should not be involved with the Revolution. But, as time progressed, many women were taking over businesses for their husbands or fathers, spying on the British, and producing goods for soldiers.
